The room seemed very clean, however, the walls of the room need to be cleaned. Although it is something they cannot control, there is loud construction on the street all night long.

Cute place with character and nice views. Location is very convenient, upscale and accessable. Bed was comfy. Place is cozy. Shower was great

Rooms are small and furniture will need update in next couple of years.

Loved the location, super close to COEX and nearby line 9. Also had plenty of convenience stores nearby. The self check-in kiosk was fantastic and so easy to use! Also loved that there was a parking garage.

The parking situation could have been a little easier with check out. I'd recommend having instructions in English for foreign customers just like the check-in kiosks. The bathrooms also could have been a little cleaner.

The hotel uns conveniently located near a train station, close to the COEX mall and good restaurants. The rooms are quite, the staff does a great job cleaning, the hotel has a meeting room for those that need a place to work, and internet is very stable.

Large room was appreciated

Rooftop restaurant was closed for renovation. It was one of the main reasons I returned to the Hotel in 9 after a previous stay.

The location was excellent and close to the COEX Center, which is accesible through the metro station nearby. The room was beautiful with a good view. The hotel also had a nice rooftop space which had a panoramic view of the city. We had no complaints.

Nice spacious room, room service replenish my water on daily basis. It was lovely having an empty fridge to use. The Nespresso machine was a plus. The hotel was 2 mins walk down to the underground station and 7 mins walk to Ceox shopping mall through the underground. Will recommend.

The closest food will be in Ceox, it’s quite far from most tourist attraction places but still well connected via train and bus.

Clean room. Easy to access metro. Mall nearby.

Basic business hotel. My room had bare concrete ceilings. not sure if its standard or part of the new industrial feel. But otherwise it's a reasonable place to stay, especially if you are in Gangnam and need to be near COEX. Value for money for that location.

Everything, the room was nice, the cleaning ladies were kind, everyone was nice.

The smell at the entrance and when we arrive , my son need the restroom, the front desk guy didn’t want to hear us útil my husband ask him shouting.

Bathroom door poorly locatedCard stopped working to give me access to elevator on day 2 of 3 night staySo as a result i went to stairwell and based on this it i had a very harrowing experience. The hotel stairwell was not lighted, no motion sensor lights activated and i almost tripped down the stairs as a result. I also almost got trapped kn the stairwell because the door from stairwell to lobby is locked and then i started going up stairs to try each door and they were all locked. thank goodness on one floor the door was open and i got into a hotel room floor and luckily a guest came out to use the elevator. If it wasn’t for these two things I would have been stuck in a locked and unlighted stairwell. So this hotel isUnsafe and does not seem to follow safety protocols. I will be filing a complaint to the Seoul of Korea tourism board. Do not recommend hotel at all. Worst place i have stayed at due to stairwell and elevator experience.

Directly next to the subway station and Coex mall. Modern hotel close to restaurants etc. Nice roof top.

The Hotel faces a very busy stretch of road with several lanes of trafic. The noice from the road was very unpleasant, especially the people playing Fast and the Furious on their motocycles.

The staff was very helpful and tried their best

If you’re planning to visit for work the location is probably convenient. If you’re thinking of staying for leisure there is nothing to do in the area and in the contrary feels like distopia

Great view due to being on high floor and big shower

They charge for anything extra, for example, to check in early or check out late - there are no exceptions of an hour either way; you had to buy extra coffee pods; no bath salts were provided and when we asked they said we had to buy our own, that went for champagne glasses, too! The foyer was average and quite small and nothing in the immediate area apart from a 10 min walk to COEX; no Roman baths as advertised - they are empty; overall definitely not value for money

the beds were the best part of the hotel , the rest forget, its noty a business hotel so my mistake in choosing this one

Staff was great and accommodating when I arrived early and left my luggage at the front desk. Room was cozy with a nice view. Location is great being next to bus stops.

The location is very good, but the room is a little bit small but good deal for the value. But the main issue they have really need to improve is the breakfast as it is very basic and limited options.

The hotel was in a perfect spot. The Coex mall was a 5 minute walk and the subway was right outside the hotel. Plenty of food options close, 10 out of 10 hotel.
